Authors/Creators Abdul Aziz Noor Ali Khan (TP040027)

This research is conducted to evaluate the elements affecting the success of construction projects in Abu Dhabi because there are various elements that can negatively affect the project success of construction projects. Despite the construction industry is boosting in Abu Dhabi but still, many construction companies abandoned their project, as the company still faces challenges but unable to estimate it. The researcher used the project management elements (quality, cost, planning & scheduling, scope, communication, and stakeholders) to conduct the study and to identify whether these elements have positively affected the success of the construction project. Furthermore, the researcher has also used regression analysis to study the relationships between dependent variables and independent variables. The results gathered from the findings showed that there is a relationship between quality, cost, planning & scheduling, scope, communication, and stakeholders (independents variables) and project success (dependent variables). Additionally, all the hypotheses strong relationship with each other. Moreover, the researcher also suggested the future researcher include other variables such as aspects of project success elements such as procurement management, risk management, human resource management, and integration management. The researcher is highly recommending to go depth in variables details and increase the question for each variable.
